You can follow these steps regardless of what State you’re on as you’ll be engaging the help of your local County Organizer and a State Assembly (Land) Recorder to complete the process.

Thank you for going to all this work to help the rest of us understand how to change our static. We, my wife (Sharron McKee) and I (Greg McKee), are trying to go through the steps. For some reason we can not get the first test to open. I’m sorry to post this question here, but I could not figure out where else to reach out to you for help. I’ll have to check that, Greg. It’s not really a “test,” per se. Simply a check that you’ve gone through the steps on that section.
What is the Canadian equivalent?
There are some efforts to make this process available to ALL people in ALL countries. We’ll post that when it’s 100% in effect.

Can you contact me please. Like the other guy I have some questions before enrolling. Mostly about going through the transformation without absolute surrender of my driver’s license as I am a CDL truck driver, and as far as I know I still need it to drive commercial vehicles. I tried calling but know one got back with me. Sorry for highjacking this post. I couldn’t figure any other way to leave a comment. Thanks
You won’t surrender your regular DL, although I suggest affixing a small sticker that says “retired” to it. While TRAVELING as an ASN (private driving), you’re not subject to traffic tickets… only while you’re engaged in commerce as you would while driving your rig. There’s an upcoming course that will guide you through the “traveling” process, but while you’re working as a “driver,” you’re subject to those laws/penalties.

Either lesson 2 or three. I think it is lesson three. Trying to find spreadsheet and witness testimonials . Would have answered sooner but traveled to my daughters for a week

The Excel/Word merge files you’re looking for are in Lesson 2. The Witness Testimonies are in the Word file and once you merge your data from the Excel file, they can be extracted from the Word file. I don’t have you do that because I’d rather you get ALL of your documents in front of a Recorder so he/she can inspect them and make any necessary changes. However, feel free to go through the process and send your Testimonies directly to your witnesses once you’ve affixed your photo to them.

Hi Kerry, while Australians are subject to the same fraud that the rest of us are through the use of incorporated entities, my current understanding is that America is unique in the sovereignty of its inhabitants. To be transparent, I can’t truly comment on the Australian situation and you’d have to do some digging on your own there. Obviously, use independent search engines like Brave or Yandex. If you DO find out something, please post a reply here so others can benefit from your discoveries.
What will change in my day to day life if I become a state national?
Quite a bit and not a lot, Philip. We’re working on getting the “Living as an American State National” course together to help with the day to day stuff. There will be an announcement when it’s available.
If I work for the government, it sounds like I still have to pay payroll taxes. Is that correct?
If you are a Federal Employee, yes. You’re stuck with taxes. My advice is to look for something you can do in the Private Sector.

hey guys im new and i very excited about this journay.
I am finding this course a little difficult because I can not find the forms to download. I signed up at the land management office and that is proving hard to navigate as well. So I download the movies. Where are the forms?
In the “Putting the pieces of your Transformation Together” lesson, below the pdf of the video are the downloads you’re seeking. There’s an Excel file and a Work file that used together in a Merge, create generic forms of the ASN documents. You will need a Land Recorder in your state to review them, make corrections, and then record them. These documents are also available at the Land Recording Office, but you really need the help of a recorder to get them done right.

Dear Craig I do not know what is up with the Massachusetts State assembly but it seems to me that they are not helping out with this. I have sent them e-mails asking for their help and I get that I was rude for asking if this is real or a scam. I seem to be locked out of the LRO and it appears that my application has been deleted why because I can no longer access my info. I try to log in and now it says that my email or password is invalid. I have been trying to get some help here and all I get is crickets. I have done all that they Ed Fulke and Ronald Carriveau have asked of me. First they did not like my legal witness verification statements because it did not come from them. Then they sent me paper work that I went and had notarized but one of the the documents was wrong on their part so they sent me the right one and I had it notarized as well. I asked about getting the right paper work and the price for filing. I humbly ask am I missing something here. I feel like I am having my right to be free is being denied me. please get back to me on this. thank you
Does this course only go through the AOR or that plus all of the steps beyond it as well like the passport, land patten, and IRS etc
The free course gets you to your full transformation to American State National. The “what comes next” course is still in production. I’ll announce it when it’s available.

But I would like to know if y’all take care of all the paperwork and I sign the documents and you take care of the rest. I’m more than willing to pay for that service if it is provided. Hi Rodney, welcome to the world of SELF-governance. I can show you the way, but you have to do the work (with a little help from a Land Recorder). Your Recorder will guide you through your paperwork so that it’s completed properly and recorded correctly. The Recorder will charge you somewhere between $60-$100.
Really interested in this but some of my main questions I haven’t been able to find answers to… Can you fly domestically and internationally? Is it easy to own your cars and property with no taxes? Is your employer still able to pay you in checks and deposit it in your bank?
You live your life normally, with a few twists related to how you sign your name and avoiding contracting with State of State entities. Cars are a little harder, but it depends upon your local DMV if they have “Z” plates. Banking is also normal, although there are steps to take to open your account “properly.” These subtleties will be discussed in the upcoming “How to Live as an ASN” course.
I cannot move forward in the Course work. I completed the Intro, but the next section says it won’t be available for over 24 hours. Is that normal?

Hey… how you doing Craig, my question is… I was born in Haiti (formerly known as Hayti) but been living in Florida for 21yrs… do I need to get my birth certificate certified by the clerk of court before sending it out to get authenticated…?
I believe you’ll need a certified birth certificate. You should probably ask your Land Recorder (on your state). You’ve been in FL long enough to be able to become an ASN, so that won’t be an issue.

Hi I just found your website and was introduced to this concept by Carrie Madej formally licensed as DR. Carrie Madej she spoke about it and has attended a seminar and is in the process of becoming a State National..my question is I am a retired USPS employee who receives a pension, health insurance and also SS being In the FERS retirement system..how would this affect me financially?..ty
You would no longer be taxed on your pension or SS. You would still be entitled to 100% of your benefits.
In the beginning of this course it’s says free info then you sign up for $600 the the hell is that so is the course a lie also?
I think you may have clicked on the wrong course, Victor. The only free course we offer is “How to Become an American State National.” It’s clearly marked in the courses section.
